You can click on the Pay Now button on any invoice and pay the invoice in full using a credit card. We do pay a small fee, but it does reconcile the payment for us without any further effort. You don't need to worry about a reference. If you want to pay part of a bill, you currently need to use one of the methods below. - Electronic Transfer - Faster Payments

You are welcome to set up a monthly standing order to us of 3 lessons a month starting on October 1st or nearby. Please use the details shown under Fast Payments. Dealing with standing orders is a little more work for us (assigning to invoices, updating due dates), but happy to do it, if it works better for you. - PonchoPay
PonchoPay make it easy to pay using tax-free childcare or childcare vouchers. They also support credit card payments. They are quite a good option for splitting an invoice into different payment methods. If, for example, you have a £106 registration invoice to pay, that includes £25 of registration fees that can't be paid as childcare, then enter the £106 on the first page and then split it as you wish on the second. Unfortunately, we can't integrate PonchoPay into the invoices we send, so you need to specify how much to pay and we need to reconcile it when it arrives. Here is the link. - Tax-free Childcare
The government scheme to replace childcare vouchers. It is not quite as generous, it is not available to very high earners, but it is available to the self-employed. You open an account and anything you put into it, will receive a 25% top-up. Once you have logged into your account search for SalisburyElevenPlus, Ofsted: RP543455, Postcode: SP1 3BL. You will be provided with a reference based on your child's name. John Stringer would be something like JSTR12345. Please email your reference to us, so we if we can't work out who a reference is for we can just search our inbox for it. - Childcare Vouchers
Although these have now been phased out, we can still accept them, if you have them. Paying with childcare vouchers offered significant savings to anybody whose employer offered them. There was no earnings cap, in fact they were even better value for higher rate tax payers.
You can pay for any lessons and £30 of any mock exam using childcare vouchers or tax-free childcare. We cannot accept them to pay for books or mock exam reports.
You should be able to find us at your childcare voucher provider using either our name (SalisburyElevenPlus), our location (St Mark's School - Ofsted Setting EY2600375) or SEP's Ofsted Registration Number (RP543455).

Please be aware that some childcare providers won't automatically forward payments to us and you will find them quietly sitting in your childcare account waiting for another little push. - Childcare Grant Payment Service
Parents in full time education can get a grant for 85% of the cost of classes. Once you have registered with the CGPS system you must link your child to SalisburyElevenPlus. Our CCG Reference Number is CCG9524299. We can then invoice you for 85% of the class costs which you must approve and pay the remaining 15% in real money. - Direct Debit

If you really want to pay by cash you can, but we will probably lose it and forget you gave it to us.
Please insist on email confirmation from us within 24 hours.
Then, when six months later we accuse you of not paying, you can forward us the email.
