Practice Papers
The most important things to get are the official practice papers. These are as close to the actual exam as you can get, so you should make sure your child has worked through a few of these before the exam. We think it is best to leave these until the summer holidays once they are familiar with the question types contained.
We haven't found a way to bulk buy them at a discount for you, so we've gathered them all here linked to amazon.
Each pack contains 3 papers.
The mega-bundle of all 12 packs below is good value, particularly if you can find friends to sell the packs you don't need. (Students preparing for the BWS 11+ will appreciate any non-verbal packs). You might even be able to persuade us to take unwanted packs in sellable condition for £5 each.

SWGS Exam
You need the Maths, English and Verbal packs. Each pack contains 3 papers. Either 3 maths papers, 3 verbal papers or 3 English papers. There are a total of 3 packs for each subject. A total of 9 papers for each subject. We are happy to buy any unused papers from you, but can only afford a token payment of £1 for each paper (with its answer sheet). Or £5 for an untouched pack.
BWS Exam
In addition to the maths, English and verbal packs, you will also need the non-verbal. Your exam will be shorter than the papers in these packs so look at our practice papers page for a suggestion on how we think you can use parts of these papers to simulate a BWS 11+ exam.
