Until we have the all new singing and dancing web site in place (it is about a year away), here are some handy links to resources you might need. They are links to folders on the Google Drive so you will need to be logged in using your SEP address to access them.
Pupils folder - The folder shared with all pupils - they have to request access, but you should all have it already. It contains Tutor Folder
I've create spreadsheets for each of you that show you who is coming to your lesson this week and what you are going to be paid this week. You can't see each other's pages as you need to be logged into your browser as yourself to see the files. It is worth bookmarking your page on your phone home screen so you have the phone numbers of anybody that isn't collected from the lesson.
Adding folders that have been shared with you to your Google Drive
This could make them easier to access, for example if you want to add something as an attachment to an email.
Use these instructions to add your shared folders to your Google Drive.
Merging your SEP emails with your existing emails.
You may not want to have to check two email accounts - your personal and your SEP emails. It is possible to merge them into a single account.
There are three important steps you need to take
To have all SEP emails instantly forwarded to your personal email with Gmail
To have emails sent from the account they were sent to, go to Accounts and Import. Make sure that "When replying to a message" is set to "Reply from the same address to which the message was sent".
Good luck!

You may not want to have to check two email accounts - your personal and your SEP emails. It is possible to merge them into a single account.
There are three important steps you need to take
- Forward all emails send to your SEP address to your personal email address.
- Make sure you can send emails from your personal account using your SEP address. Probably best to use smtp.gmail.com so that your sent messages are archived in your SEP account.
- Set your email system to set your "sent from" email address as your SEP address when replying to an SEP email. THis is fairly easy to do in Gmail.
To have all SEP emails instantly forwarded to your personal email with Gmail
- Click on Settings
- Click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP
- Enter your personal address. Rather than deleting forwarded messages, it might be safer to have them archived.
To have emails sent from the account they were sent to, go to Accounts and Import. Make sure that "When replying to a message" is set to "Reply from the same address to which the message was sent".
Good luck!
